The sealant Geocel 2300 provides a stable connection from 6 х 6 mm to 12 х 12 mm (width х depth). Temperature of application. When performing the application, the temperature should range from -40°С to +60°С. Preparation. All surfaces should be defatted, cleaned of dust and dirt with a dry cloth or brush. If the temperature during application is lower than +5°С, the sealer must be warmed up for better adhesion. If the temperature during the application exceeds +60°С, the materials joined must be allowed to cool down.

APPLICATION
• majority of materials used in construction, such as bitumen, tar paper, tiles, concrete, bricks, glazed tiles, wood, glass, all metals, materials from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc..

• in areas with high UV-requirements
• when coloured sealant is required
• as the connecting material, when materials cannot be screwed to each other, for example: glass and wood, glass and metal, glass and plastic, metal and metal etc. (for construction of facades, installation of windows, or greenhouses, where the connection should not only be flexible but also waterproof).
PRIMER COATING
Geocel 2300 may be used without primer coating on almost all surfaces, except for highly porous surfaces. It is recommended to apply primer coating on these materials.

TYPE OF APPLICATION

Application. Cut off the tip according to the joint width. Insert the tube in applicator. Press the sealant tightly into joints or cracks. Where necessary, smooth the joint with a scraper which has been drenched in soapy water for 5-10 minutes.
Painting. Latex or oil paints are recommended for painting. Joints can be painted no earlier than 24 hours after application. If the colour is inflexible – no earlier than 3 days after the application of the sealant.
Cleaning. Surplus sealant must be removed before it is hardened. White spirits is recommended for cleaning of tools and surfaces. Once hardened, the sealant can only be removed mechanically.
SAFETY MEASURES
Ensure good ventilation when working with the sealant. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Upon contact with skin, wash your hands with soap and water. After eye contact, rinse them with water and consult a doctor. If swallowed, immediately consult a doctor.
STORAGE PERIOD
Properties of the product are guaranteed for 12 months from date of manufacture, if the product is stored in the original packaging in a dry and cool place (below +25°С).
